Progress Bar is that block, generalised. One thing to be clear about: the bar is visual. It makes the progress toward a reward legible at the pay step; your Shopify discount or shipping rule still does the granting.

Track three ways
Order subtotal, total item quantity, or a specific list of products you pick. Quantity suits multi-buys; a product list suits pushing one range.
