  • Do I need to be on Shopify Plus?

    Yes. Checkout customization is a Plus-tier feature in Shopify's hierarchy — we can't run on Basic, Shopify, or Advanced. If you're considering upgrading to Plus, our blocks are part of the case for the upgrade.

  • Will it slow my checkout down?

    No. Blocks run through Shopify's Checkout Extensibility runtime, which loads in parallel with the form. Performance audits across 200+ stores show <100ms added load time even with 6 blocks live.

  • What if I'm not technical at all?

    That's exactly the point. The blocks configure from Shopify's checkout editor — drag, drop, edit copy, save. No GitHub, no liquid, no deploy pipeline. If you can edit a Shopify page, you can configure a Checkout Ninja block.
