How much revenue is your checkout leaking?
Plug in your last-30-day numbers. We'll model the lift, annualise it, and break it down block-by-block.
Where the lift comes from.
Every active block's contribution, separated out. Mouse over a block to see its individual AOV/conversion/failed-delivery impact in your store.
Where you'd land vs. the rest.
Typical lift ranges by block type — bottom quartile to top quartile. Illustrative, not a guarantee; your projection sits somewhere in this range.
How we calculate the lift.
The math is simpler than most calculators want you to think. Every block has a conservative estimated lift based on typical ranges for its type. We add them up, apply your store's numbers, and project forward.

Estimate per-block lift
For every block in the library, we set a conservative AOV and conversion lift based on typical published ranges for that block type — deliberately on the cautious side.
- 02
Sum your active blocks
We add the AOV and conversion contributions of every block you've toggled ON. Additive, not multiplicative — so the model never overstates compounding.
- 03
Apply to your inputs
newAOV = AOV × (1 + sumAovLift). newOrders = orders × (1 + sumConvLift). newRev = newOrders × newAOV. Lift = newRev − (orders × AOV).
- 04
Project forward
Annualised = monthly × 12. Three-year compounds at 5% organic growth on top of the lift — conservative for a healthy DTC store.

Five things merchants ask before sharing the projection with their team. If you have a methodology question we haven't answered, we'll show you the underlying data.
-
Where do the lift percentages come from?
They're conservative estimates based on typical published ranges for each block type — not measured guarantees. Real lift depends on your traffic, category, and current checkout, so treat the output as a directional model rather than a promise.
-
Why does the calculator assume blocks compound?
Because they do — but not multiplicatively. The model uses additive AOV and conversion lifts per block, applied independently, so the compounding effect is captured without overstating. (5 blocks ON ≈ 1.4× lift over 1 block ON, not 5×.)
-
Is the default example realistic?
It's an illustrative figure for the default preset (DTC at 12k orders, $86 AOV, 2.1% conv) with four blocks live — a model, not a measured average. Bigger stores see proportionally bigger dollars; the percentage lift scales with how much of this you don't already have in place.
-
Can I save this report and share it with my team?
Yes — the share button generates a URL with your current slider state encoded in the query string. Send it to your boss, your CFO, your board. They'll see exactly the projection you configured.
-
Does the calculator account for the monthly subscription cost?
Not in the headline number, but it's easy to net out: at Deluxe ($99/mo), even a fraction of the modelled lift dwarfs the plan cost. The pricing is negligible against any realistic result.
