  • How is this different from a Rich Text Banner?

    Rich Text Banner is a block of prose you format yourself. Notice Banner is a native Shopify status banner — the tone picks the colour and icon for you, and it adds buttons.

  • Why isn't my button showing?

    A button renders only when it has both text and a full URL starting with http:// or https://. “www.example.com” or a relative path gets dropped — paste the complete address.

  • Can the copy change per customer?

    Yes. Banner copy renders through live variables, so you can reference the customer, their cart total, cart lines, delivery address, applied gift cards, or the current date and time.

  • What happens if I leave it empty?

    Nothing renders. With no heading and no description the block disappears rather than leaving an empty banner on the page.
