Write the heading and description
Both are optional — leave either empty and it takes no space at all, rather than leaving a gap.
Add the rows
Each row gets an icon, a label, optional sub-text and an optional link. Email and phone links are tappable on mobile, which is where most of this gets used.
Choose the layout
One, two or three columns, with optional dividers between rows and a card border around the whole block.
-
Are the links tappable on mobile?
Yes. Email rows open the mail app, phone rows start a call, and URL rows open normally. On mobile that turns the list into a working support panel.
-
How is this different from the Card Block?
Card Block is a general container for free-form content. Info List is the structured version — repeated icon-plus-text rows with consistent alignment across one to three columns.
-
Can I use my own icons?
You pick from the checkout icon set. Those icons inherit your checkout's design tokens, which is why they always look native — a custom upload wouldn't.
