Add the bar items
Short labels like “Fast Shipping”, “30-day returns”, “Secure Checkout”, each with an optional leading icon from the checkout icon set.
Write the tooltips
Add tooltip text where a claim needs backing — “Ships within 1–2 business days.” Leave it empty and the ⓘ simply doesn't render.
Add links where useful
Each tooltip can carry a link for the full policy, so the bar stays one line and the detail stays one tap away.

How is this different from the Trust Badges row?
Trust Badges are visual marks. Tooltip Bar is text-first and interactive — each item can open a tooltip with detail and a link, which a badge can't.

Do tooltips work on mobile?
Yes. The ⓘ responds to tap as well as click, and the tooltip renders above the bar so it isn't hidden under a thumb.

What if an item doesn't need a tooltip?
Leave the tooltip text empty and the ⓘ doesn't appear for that item. Only the claims that need qualifying get the marker.
