The Branding page is missing
In short
Checkout Ninja only shows Branding on Shopify Plus and development stores, because Shopify only allows checkout branding changes on Plus. On other stores the menu item is hidden and the page redirects to Home. On Plus, the page can also be blocked by a missing permission or a plan that doesn't include branding.

Your store isn’t on Shopify Plus
This is the most common cause. Shopify only lets apps change checkout branding on Shopify Plus. Checkout Ninja hides the Branding menu item on other stores. If you open the page’s link directly, it redirects you to Home.
How to check: in your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Plan. The page shows your Shopify plan. Development stores also qualify.
Fix: upgrade the store to Shopify Plus. There’s no workaround in the app.
The app hasn’t loaded your store’s plan yet
The menu item stays hidden until Checkout Ninja knows your store’s Shopify plan, so it never appears by mistake on a non-Plus store.
How to check: you’re on Shopify Plus, the app has just opened, and the app menu has Billing but no Branding above it.
Fix: wait a moment, or reload the app. If your store moved to Plus recently, reload the app after the change.
The page asks for access instead of showing the editor
How to check: Branding opens, but it only shows Allow access to checkout branding.
Fix: click Allow access and approve the permission in Shopify’s pop-up. The editor then loads. You only do this once per store.
Your Checkout Ninja plan doesn’t include branding
How to check: Branding opens the Upgrade The Plan pop-up. Closing it takes you back to Home.
Fix: subscribe to the plan named in the pop-up. See a feature is locked behind an upgrade.
Once the editor opens, you can set colors, typography, corners, the logo and component styles. How to customize your checkout branding.
Frequently asked
Can I use Branding on a Basic, Shopify or Advanced plan store? +
No. Checkout branding is a Shopify Plus feature. Development stores can use it for testing.
I opened the Branding link directly and landed on Home. Why? +
The page checks your store's Shopify plan each time it opens. If the store isn't on Shopify Plus or a development store, it redirects to Home.
Does upgrading my Checkout Ninja plan make Branding appear? +
Only on Shopify Plus or development stores. On other stores, no Checkout Ninja plan makes the Branding menu item appear.
